Felicity Huffman cheers one-time TV son Charlie Carver for coming out: ‘You make me happy to be human’

This is awfully sweet.
Charlie Carver played one of Felicity Huffman and Doug Savant’s sons (his twin brother Max played the other) for many years on ABC’s Desperate Housewives.
On Monday, the 27-year-old Charlie came out publicly as a gay man in a heartfelt essay he posted on Instagram.
That led this this Facebook post from Miss Huffman: Dear Charlie, I love you. I admire you. I applaud you. You make me happy to be human. You make me proud to be an actor. Love, your TV Mom, Lynette. And your real life friend, Flicka
Nicely done.
