Elton John hospitalized with serious respiratory infection, cancels this weekend’s Vegas shows
Elton John is very under the weather.
The star was forced to check into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where it was determined that he is suffering from a serious respiratory infection.
Doctors have ordered him to rest and not to perform for at least a week.
This is mighty disappointing news for folks who had tickets to see Elton perform his The Million Dollar Piano show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace where he was due to perform Thursday through Sunday.

Poor guy, I wish him well and a fast recovery. Sadly, the truth be said, a body that had to endure all the things that he confessed he put in logically can not age that well, it would be pretty sad if he couldn’t see his son grow. At least he has the best medicine at hand; I hope this is nothing but a passing booboo.
