Dolly Parton: “I am not gay, but if I were I would be the first one running out of the closet”

I wasn’t aware there were still lesbian rumors going around about Dolly Parton.

Seems as silly as the one that supposedly had Olivia Newton-John coming out to Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show. There are so many people who swear this happened, and yet, somehow, no evidence of it exists.

Because it didn’t happen!

But I digress.

So these tired Dolly lesbian rumors. She was a good sport when she was asked about them, yet again, by PrideSource Magazine which she chatted with to support her latest album Blue Smoke.

‘There was some story recently (in the National Enquirer) where I was supposedly marrying my longtime friend Judy (Ogle) and that my husband was OK with it! I thought, “Where did they come up with all this?” I am not gay, but if I were I would be the first one running out of the closet. … Our friendship is just a precious friendship.’

That out of the way, Dolly had a funny answer to the question: ‘If you were a drag queen, what would be your drag name?’

Dolly: ‘P. Titty … like P. Diddy!’

She was also asked to give tips to drag queens who want to get famous bust size just right.

Said Dolly: “Oh heavens … I’m so little is why my boobs look so big. But (drag queens) are already big! They’re gonna need to really do some paddin’! I’m larger than life, so just get them boobs the way that they fit into proportion to your body. Put it out there, whatever your imagination is of me.”
