Decision day for Prop. 8!
The US Supreme Court decision on Prop. 8 will come down any minute now.
The two California couples challenging the law, Paul Katami and Jeff Zarrillo and Sandy Belzer Stier and Kris Perry, are seen here arriving at court this morning.
‘I don’t think I’ve ever been as nervous besides the day we had to testify in District Court,’ Katami wrote on his Facebook page before heading to court this morning. ‘We know in our hearts what is right and what we hope about today’s ruling. Regardless of what it is we know our country is not reversing direction on the course towards equality. This is inevitable. We won’t rest until all of us are equal. We owe so much to those that paved this road and are filled with gratitude to be a part of it.’

Rye says:
Didn’t I say that the Court would avoid the issue and just rule that the private party had no standing. The Supreme Court is full of spineless pussies. It is disgusting how cowardly they are. They avoid primary societal issues until they are backed into a corner and have no choice but to rule on the issue. At least the decisions are favorable, if not ballsy.
