Daytime Soap Clips: Oliver Fish deals with his parents’ rejection on “One Life to Live”

Oliver’s parents reacted to his being gay in the way any gay person fears their family would. But at least Oliver is an adult and makes his own living with a roof over his head. Younger kids can be kicked into the streets.

Anyway, Oliver has the wonderful support of Layla and Cristian whose T-shirts are gettng even tighter (love it!). Fish can’t wallow though, he gets called into work and the call takes him the the hospital where Kyle is now an intern.

Fish tells his former lover about his parents reaction and Kyle is supportive: “It’s they’re loss,” he says. “You did the right thing.”
