Days of Our Lives: Sonny is happily surprised that a scheming Chad wants to remain business partners
The new year is not getting off to a great start for poor Sonny Kiriakis.
Hubby Will remains annoying and their relationship is strained. Then there is his business life and the nightmare of the second club.
He’s being set up by his “best friend” Chad and offers to sign over to him his half of their club.
Chad refuses to let Sonny throw in the towel and even gives him a pep talk about others who have failed then gone on to great success.

I’m just disappointed we never got to see the club on the south side of Salem.

I don’t really understand this whole second club scene. Surely if they were renting the space somebody had to have looked it over and then we wonder what Chad has up his sleeve with the contract he made Sonny sign without his attorney present. I don’t care if my grandmother gave me a contract like that not to have it read by a professional and there are plenty of Professionals in Salem. What was it whit Sonny’s brain was he out to lunch the whole time? I do hope Sonny’s uncle steps in and helps him that is before that drug dealing Whacko father of Ben does him a number.
