Days of Our Lives: Sonny and Chad’s hot new club opens with big party – and some Vargas trouble

These scenes have Sonny and Will sprinkled throughout but in no way that really advances their storyline.

They pick up with the party still going on at Chad and Sonny’s renovated coffee house which is now a hipster club.

Will cousin Theresa (I’m waiting for her to have a single scene where she does not completely annoy me) shows up with Vargas who we have not seen in awhile. Boy, he was a wasted opportunity! Instead of a romance with Nicole or something else interesting, he just disappeared and now reappears as a big loser who gets high, starts a fight and gets arrested.

Anyway, Chad may or may not have a brain tumor but either way, he’s using it as leverage to get Abigail. Meanwhile, Gabi sleeps with Nick who apparently did not mean any of the stuff he said earlier when he walked away from their marriage.

Uh, okay.

Wonder how that rekindling is going to go over with Will and Sonny.
