Days of Our Lives: Smarmy Will smells another Paul Narita scoop and puts career before Sonny
Well, here we go again. Will has gone, in a single episode, from wanting to do anything to save his marriage to Sonny to wanting to land the scoop of who Paul’s father really is.
At least we have his dad Lucas around to try and be the voice of reason.
Anyway, before Lucas arrived, Sonny and Will were just about to have a juicy conversation.
Let’s hope they get back to it.

Wouldn’t be delicious if the protection Will’s dad is throwing down at the feet of his son…if it turns out that dad knows good and well who Paul’s biological father really is and up pops a half brother to Will. Probably won’t happen but given the fact that almost everyone in Salem is related to one or the other or both families there nothing would surpise me on this show.

Greg — Given how far in advance Days’ episodes are filmed prior to airing, the current episodes — indeed the whole (some would say puzzling and sorry) turn the WilSon (Will and Sonny) story line has taken —were the work of now ousted Head Writers Gary Tomlin and Christopher Whitesell and not that of new script leaders Dena Highley and Josh Griffith. If so, it is going to be interesting where one of the soap’s major front-burner story lines is going to be taken when the new head scribes finally take over. Is one of the soap most — and in fact rare — positive and endearing relationships going to continue to be savaged until it is but a clutter of bitter ruins or will a story line reclamation project be launched where at least love and family survives?

i have to say the scene between Sonny & the baby just may have been the best scene ever on DOOL and the writers had nothing to do with it. i know they are going to SORAS Theo and Joey this summer according to rumors but i hope they continue with Ari at this age for awhile. those twins are not just adorable but really fit in well, especially with Sonny & Lucas….
