Countown to Outfest 2012: The Official Trailer!

Okay folks, if you live in the Los Angeles area then you are no doubt counting the days until the start of Outfest 2012.

That day is Thursday and I. Can’t. Wait.

This is Christmas in July as far as I’m concerned, 12 days of a series of interesting and wonderful experiencing watching films, seeing old friends, meeting new people, going to parties.

I’ve been watching some of the screeners and so far, I can highly recommend Joshua Tree, 1951: A Portrait of James Dean, Gayby, Sassy Pants, White Frog, and the documentary Mississippi: I Am as well as the brilliant musical short Something Real.

I’ll be writing more about each of these before they screen and plan to see a handful more movies over the next few days. Just wanted to kick things off today with this trailer that gives you an excellent taste of what is ahead!
