Conan O’Brien on marriage equality in NY

Just came across Conan O’Brien’s routine on the passage of same-sex marriage in New York where he spent many years taping his late night show for NBC.

Conan, whose new show is on TBS and shot in LA, said to sidekick Andy Richter:”Andy, you and I left too soon!” Then he added: You don’t seem that interested in me.”

Andy replied: “It’s as if we’re married. The sex stopped a long time ago.”

My favorite line is Conan pointing out the hypocrisy of three-time married Newt Gingrich “He said marriage is a sacrament that should be between a man’s first, second and third wife.”
