Clipped! “Real Housewives of New York” cast will no longer include the always interesting Dorinda Medley

I hate myself for pandemic watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills which has reached new lows this year by bringing back Brandi Glanville to tell everyone she allegedly slept with Denise Richards. I think that whole mess is a franchise killer – or at least it killed it for me.

But Real Housewives of New York, the show I’ve tried to quit many times, is always lots of fun with its mix of smart and funny and boozy women. One of the most interesting has been Dorinda Medley who brought much needed energy to the show when she joined in season seven. She’s been unbearably nasty this season and for the first time I did not like her. But to find out today that she’s off the show leaves me feeling really disappointed! Really? No Dorinda? We already don’t have Bethenny Frankel! I need someone formidable to balance out that Ramona Singer character.

Long live Dorinda!

What a journey this has been. I have laughed and cried and tried to Make it Nice… But all things must come to an end. This was a great outlet for me to heal when my late husband Richard passed away. I have met so many interesting people and learned so much about myself, about life and about women along the way.
