Claybourne Elder of Broadway’s “Company” and TV’s “The Gilded Age” dazzled last night at Catalina Jazz Club

We had seats next to the stage for last night’s Claybourne Elder show “If The Stars Were Mine” at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood. It was all very dreamy – especially him!
We knew he could sing, we knew he could act and we knew he was easy on the eyes. But we didn’t know he was so funny and entertaining as a storyteller. It was more than just a little patter between songs – it was moving stories, heartfelt, funny and sweet.
The Broadway performer (Company, Bonnie & Clyde etc) and TV actor (The Gilded Age) gave us his all and it was much appreciated by me and my pal Jim Key!
If you ever get the chance to catch Claybourne live, do it!
