Chaz Bono is writing memoir about transition
I have all kinds of respect for Chaz Bono who after being a very famous female for four decades, is now living life as a man.Bono, whose mother is Cher and father is the late Sonny Bono, has inked a six-figure deal to write a book about the journey called Coming Clean due out in the spring of 2011.
When Bono was still Chastity, she wrote a wonderful book called Family Outing which was very helpful to me in the mid-90s as I was coming out. I’m sure this book will be even better since Chaz is now being completely honest to himself and everyone else about who he really is inside.
