Sending all my love to everyone who’s isolating right now. I’m feeling first hand how scary and lonely it can be, but I hope it’s comforting to know that we’re all in this together. As hard as it can be, for those who are able, self quarantining is truly the best thing we can all be doing to help slow this thing down and give the healthcare system a chance to get a better grasp on what’s happening. The world is bonkers right now. I have dreams about hand washing and Luke tells me I was humming Happy Birthday in my sleep last night. .
