Caitlyn Jenner wants to date a man: “It would be very attractive to me, to have a guy treat me like a woman”
In this Sunday’s episode of I Am Cait, Caitlyn Jenner confides in her friend Jenny Boylan about the idea of dating a man.
“It would be very attractive to me, to have a guy treat me like a woman,” the 65-year-old former Olympian says. “That you would be treated like a normal woman…like any other woman on the street. Not make it this big trans thing or this or that. Just a normal relationship.’
It’s a good thing she has friends like Boylan who isn’t afraid to be honest in her reaction: “It’s a thing that women do. We look to men to give us self-worth. I think now that you’re in the sisterhood, you have gone through such trouble to become a woman. Don’t be a stupid one. Be a smart one.”
Jenner told Diane Sawyer earlier this year that she had not been attracted to men as Bruce Jenner. But she did not rule out that that might change in the future now that she has transitioned.

stanhope says:
How much longer to we have to put up with this narcissist? Her ratings are headed for the toilet because she is no more likable as Cait than Bruce.
James says:
I wish her the best.
Scott says:
I’m with James. I also wish Caitlyn well. While I’ve definitely cringed at a couple of moments during her show, I do think her heart is in the right place and I’m thrilled that she has raised public awareness of transgender issues to a new level. In the long-run, that’s truly the most important thing, in my opinion.
To Stanhope (who posted above), no disrespect intended, but I want to point out that you don’t actually have to put up with anything. No one is forcing you to watch her show (or keep track of her ratings) or to even read about her on Greg’s blog, let alone to take the time to post negative comments about her. Maybe try putting a little positivity out there, instead of merely posting nasty comments. There’s already enough ugliness in the world these days…
Kyle says:
I am rather confused by transgender people and their sexuality. If he wasn’t attracted to men as a man.. why would he be now as a woman. If you have no interest in men as a man.. how could that change now just because she is a woman?
Greg Hernandez says:
Well said Scott!!!! xxxxoooo
Joe says:
Unfortunately, stanhope is correct. You can’t get away from these people! Every time I log onto my computer, there are at least five to ten articles about them every single time….and NONE of the articles are interesting or have to do with anything much more than selfies that were taken and clothes they almost were wearing. The ratings for this show dropped by one-half from week one to week two, and it keeps dropping.
Just like Kyle brought up, why would Bruce now want to date a man? It makes no sense! However, as I’ve said before, all this is for publicity and for mo’ money. If you think otherwise, you are nuts.
Larry says:
Caitlyn Jenner is just an unlikable human being that is completely out of touch with society. I don’t see any decent qualities in her. Greg I really hope you post I Am Jazz who I think is an extremely more relatable trans activist. Please Greg make more Jazz Jennings posts. She’s such a positive sweet individual without all the baggage of Caitlyn Jenner.
Cool Curt says:
It’s just my opinion but I do think that Caitlyn Jenner could have transitioned and just kept quiet but it’s obvious that she felt this need to share her life, love and liberty with the world and that within itself is just BEAUTIFUL.
I truly do love ‘I Am Cait’ and watch it with an open mind, heart and soul because as much as you think you understand the plight of the Trans community, you don’t. I’m truly learning and it’s an education on the Trans community through Caitlyn and everyone that she has invited to go through her journey, her process.
Where Bruce Jenner was this incredible athlete, family man and business person and that list can go on and on but remember Bruce was private, he was isolated and struggled in silence about who he wanted to be.
Caitlyn on the other hand is a 65 year old Trans woman, who looks amazing and is finally free and living her truth.
You couldn’t be happier to actually see someone giving birth to a new way of life, a new attitude and finally being a bit more comfortable being themselves. Did I mention just how beautiful Caitlyn looks? This is a woman of a certain age and still putting herself out there and I pray it inspires the older generation of people to never give up on your hopes, wishes and dreams because it’s never too late. AARP, where is Caitlyn’s cover?
Okay, the show (I Am Cait) doesn’t have constant ‘cat fights’ or ‘drinks being slung in anyone’s face’ (they do drink a great deal and I don’t blame them) or even any talks of sex 24 hours a day.
There is this understanding about a group of people (the Trans community) that are trying to finally not be ostracized but have normal lives and seen as normal people, which they are and should be treated with some respect, dignity and understanding as all of us.
The cute little show with Jazz Jennings is adorable and I watched a few episodes and it was nice seeing how Jazz is just ‘Super Cute’ and her family and friends are ‘ADORABLE’ as well but to compare these two shows and these two beautiful and lovely individuals doesn’t seem fair.
Remember Caitlyn Jenner has nothing to prove to anyone and could stay up in her Malibu home (which is FABULOUS) and shut herself off from the world and still live ‘Fabulously’. Many older public figures you never hear about until they have passed away or something happened but here is Caitlyn attempting to not only inspire the Trans community but inspire the world with her story.
We all live in this beautiful at times world and it’s crazy that we have to learn to live together regardless of our difference, our believes and never in spite of those facts.
You can really see that Caitlyn might be misunderstood by so many, including some of her own family but her courage and true strength is inspiring.
Caitlyn could sit around and wipe her butt with all the money that she has made when she was Bruce but instead, she wants to do good things and make a difference in the world.
How can anyone say anything about that?
