Britney Spears on gays: “They’re somewhat girls”
Look, I’m glad Britney Spears isn’t shaving her head or attacking cars with umbrellas anymore.
But this girl just doesn’t seem to be very bright.
She apparently loves her gay fans but for the second time in recent months, she has said something about gays that is insulting or condescending.
Britney was asked in a new interview if her gay fans are an inspiration to her when if comes to choosing music for her albums.
Here’s what she had to say: “I get inspiration from them on almost all of my songs. They’re somewhat girls, so it’s so inspiring to do stuff that they like to hear, like the cool “in” stuff. Whatever I do for each record is definitely inspired by them.’

I’m somewhat a girl but not yet somewhat a woman.
I’m still amazed that Britney is popular. She has a very limited vocal talent and let’s be honest, the somewhat girl isn’t the brightest or most stable person around. Her newest album is produced by dot-meister william, who wasn’t relevant or interesting even at the height of the Black-Eyed Peas’ bizarre success. And her career has ALWAYS been leading up to playing Vegas.
With all due respect to anyone offended by honesty, my first reaction to finding out Heath Ledger had died was wondering why it couldn’t have been someone like Britney Spears instead so the world wouldn’t have lost anything.
But I’m just a (somewhat) girl. Ignore me.
