Bradley Cooper is certainly sexy and will sell a lot of magazines but I think, as far as A-List movie star goes, Ryan Gosling would be my pick!

The Hangover star with the dazzling baby blues and killer smile follows in the footsteps of Ryan Reynolds, Brad Pitt, Denzel Washington, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Matthew McConaughey, Mark Harmon and the original Sexiest Man Alive, Mel Gibson.

“I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this [title],” says Bradley. “I think I’m a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying.”
