Bob Harper three years after heart attack: “I am so lucky and blessed to be here now”

Three years ago today I was in a coma after not only suffering a heart attack but going into cardiac arrest having what is called a #widowmaker I am so lucky and blessed to BE HERE NOW. I’m here to remind you that you don’t know how long you have on this earth so enjoy your life to the fullest. Don’t let the “haters” hold you down. Love everyone and just BE KIND. I’ve devoted my life to helping people in any way that I can with this second chance that I’ve been given. I love all of you.
