“Billy on the Streets” meets “The Late Show With David Letterman” and screaming ensues
David Letterman doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who especially likes being screamed at by a gay man – or by anybody!
But he made an exception on Thursday for the hilarious Billy Eichner during the Billy on the Street host’s first appearance on The Late Show.
Billy’s profile was raised considerably last month when he did a bit for the Emmys with host Seth Meyers.
With Letterman, Billy played the game Celebrity Child or Kentucky Derby Winner? The host had to guess if an unusual name thrown out by Billy was the name of a horse or a kid.
Letterman got yelled at each time he got an answer wrong and said after: ‘Do you have any more games we can play? I just like being yelled at! It’s exciting,’
BONUS VIDEO: Billy also told Letterman about his friendship with the late Joan Rivers. When Rivers made her first appearance on The Late Show in many years, she insisted Eichner drop some of his tapes off so she could leave them with Letterman producers.
