Billie Jean King pays visit to “The Colbert Report”

Let’s face it, Billie Jean King has got to be the coolest 70 year old on the planet.

In fact, she’s one of the coolest people on the planet – period.

Her appointment as one of the official US delegates to the Olympics in Sochi, Russia, next month has resulted in a lot of media attention for one of my all-time inspirations and role models.

Colbert flirts with BJK a bit and she gives it right back. They also talks Olympics, of course, and we find out that Billie Jean prefers the word ‘gay’ over homosexual because ‘it’s much happier.’
