Betty Buckley is feeling grateful for great career
The great Betty Buckley has posted this on Facebook and I thought I’d share it with you all:
Tonight I saw the screening of the film “Tender Mercies” (such a beautiful movie–an American Classic) @SignatureTheatr on the anniversary of the night “CATS” opened on Broadway 31 yrs. ago. “CATS” opened Oct. 7, 1982 and “Tender Mercies” by Horton Foote came out March, 1983, and now here we are doing Horton’s “The Old Friends”. Life is sometimes so very wonderful in the way it reminds you of miraculous connections, blessings, miracles and the tender mercies that are always there, but we sometimes forget to see. I am so grateful and appreciative for the abundance and blessings of this moment and for my many wonderful friends, collaborators, teachers and all the moments and connections in this life.
And we are so grateful for Betty Buckley!
