ATWT: Luke, Noah and Officer Riley

We’re in a bit of a lull in the Luke and Noah storyline right now but it is obviously the calm before the storm! The mysterious Officer Riley (What. A. Body.) is going to have something to do with the return of Noah’s dad – a murderer presumed dead who of course is NOT!
