“As the World Turns” Update: Dr. Reid Oliver is driving a wedge between Luke and Noah when they need each other the most
Dr. Oliver spotted Luke and Noah together at the hospital and reminds Noah of their deal that Luke can’t be anywhere near him as he treats Noah.
What a big jerk.
But he is settling in Oakview for awhile so we’ll see if he has more to offer than bitchy one-liners. Noah realizes how self-absorbed he’s been when he finds out that Luke’s family is falling apart. Damien tries to leave town of injuring Lily and has a showdown with Holden at the docks.
I’m not sure if Damien is still alive but it appears Holden got the better of him in a fight that has left Holden injured. Luke was kind of annoying when he hugged Holden and told him he’s his “real” father now that Damien has been exposed as a big creep. But Luke had been awfully chummy with him and now is apparently supposed to run Grimadli Enterprises.

Well, to say the truth, one couple that was never a real one, that was Nuke. Stemming from the trauma of Noah’s killer dad, to Emma’s rules (the granny that forbade Nuke having sex under her roof) to all kind of ludicrous plots and hurdles, even a fake marriage between Noah and a woman, these two were all BUT a couple. We never saw their department, obviously never saw their bed –my gosh, all the gods and goddesses forbid that- and Noah loves Luke as much as a dog with rabies a cat.
I mean, only the real hard fans still follows the purportedly couple –nowadays not even that, Reid’s new rules obligue them to stay apart- and no one remember what the hell were they. Friends? Friends that kiss once in a while in between bickerings? I also forgot.
