All past co-hosts and rival anchors appear on “The View” to pay tribute to Barbara Walters

These are some remarkable group photos and it says so much about the level of respect for Barbara Walters.

Now 84, the legendary newswoman will have her last day on The View tomorrow after 17 years. She created and co-produces the program and it was an interesting chapter in a career that included becoming the first female co-host of The Today Show and first female to co-anchor an evening network newscast (ABC News).

Plus she co-hosted ABC’s 20-20 for 25 years, did all of those celebrity specials, interviewed every US President since Lyndon Johnson and traveled to world landing scoops with various world leaders.

The top photo reunites all of the past and present co-hosts of The View – some who had fiery exits. Nice to see Rosie O’Donnell and Elisabeth Hasselbeck next to each other!

The bottom photo is what really rocks. Talk about TV legends! I see Diane Sawyer, Jane Pauley, Connie Chung, Katie Couric, Joan Lundun and, yep, that’s Oprah Winfrey!
