Actress Kelly McGillis: “I’m a lesbian”
She danced with Harrison Ford in Witness, was Jodie Foster’s attorney in The Accused and the object of Tom Cruise’s affection in Top Gun. But we haven’t seen much of Kelly McGillis in recent years – until now. The actress has announced to the world that she is a lesbian.
” ‘I think that was an ongoing process from the time I was probably 12. It was a long arduous journey for me” she told SheWired.com. “I had a lot of bad things happen to me that made me think God was punishing me for being gay… Life is a freaking journey about coming to terms with who and what you are.”
Married and divorced twice from men and the mother of two children, Kelly said her next partner would “definitely be a woman.”
“I’m done with the man thing,” she said. “I did that, I need to move on in life. It’s a part of being true to yourself. That’s been a challenge for me.”
Here are some clips from Kelly’s movies:

I hope she softens with age. She lived here in Mohnton, PA. with both her daughters. Her youngest was a student of Governor Mifflin High School and went to school with my daughter. Kelly was seen often out in public and was usually cold and mean to the general public. As was her children. He daughter made sure that she used her mothers name to get what she wanted and to make sure the school allowed her every opportunity to “be late, miss exam’s, and oh yes to treat others with a less then fair, general like!” Kelly was nasty, rude and demanding. Sorry to say but if she can’t make it with men, it doesn’t mean that you slap a sticker on it and call it a lesbian. She treated her last lover (a woman) like crap. Lets hope she left her. Do you suppose it is because of this attitude Kelly, grabbed up her kid, sold her house and moved to NJ. Damn, I am so glad I don’t live there anymore.
