Aaron Schock has been living in a small apartment Beverly Hills – what will he do with the rest of his life?
It’s tricky writing about Aaron Schock on the blog.
I know plenty of people are interested in him and like seeing photos of him but it’s impossible to get past him being a man who while he was in the US House of Representatives consistently voted anti-LGBT. He has never publicly confirmed or denied that he is gay but if he were to ever come out publicly as LGBT, how would he be received?
I mention this because now that Schock is out of legal trouble, it will be interesting to see what his next move is.
According to The Daily Beast, as his legal case dragged on for years, Schock built a life for himself in Los Angeles, where a source socially acquainted with the former congressman told The Daily Beast that he is living in a small Beverly Hills apartment, working on converting an office building near Los Angeles International Airport into a luxury hotel.
Schock slowly eased his way back onto social media in true Instagram fashion, pretending that one’s life is perfect and fabulous while a million fires rage out of control behind the camera. The ex-congressman, who was burning through more than $4 million in campaign funds for a high-quality legal team, posted stories of himself heli-skiing in British Columbia, visiting temples in India, and flexing shirtless after Barry’s Bootcamp classes in West Hollywood.
“He literally goes to Barry’s in Venice and WeHo every day,” said a person friendly with Schock in Los Angeles. “I think he’s just living his life.”

Bill says:
You know, it’s easy to be a Republican. All Republicans crave the job because they get supported by big money and big causes for the sole purpose of going into Congress and doing nothing but defending the money that put him or her there So good ol’ Aaron will make no claims about being gay because he would like nothing better than to get back into his cushy job as a Republican.
James says:
I know I’ll get flamed for this, but I like Aaron. Yes, I know he’s a closet-case who voted against gay rights when he was in office. So he’s a hypocrite.
That being said, I’m glad he’s not going to prison or facing charges as long as he pays back us honest taxpayers. And I wish him the best.
John Purves says:
Don’t hold your breath about ever seeing this entitled twit paying back any of the money he misappropriated.
FAEN says:
@James-you don’t like him, you just want to fuck him or vice versa. Please explain to me why you’re ok with a gay man with power voting against your rights and mine? What’s likeable about that? I really want to try and understand your position.
