A Patriotic Showtune Sunday with three powerful divas: Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand and Cher

Had meant to do this on July 4 but since it didn’t happen, why not end our super-sized holiday weekend with some patriotic songs from our most celebrated divas.

First up is Celine Dion in a post 9-11 fundraising special and she delivers one of the most gorgeous and heartfelt versions of God Bless America ever – and she doesn’t over-sing it!

Then there’s this gem: Barbra Streisand’s lovely rendition of America the Beautiful from the I Love Liberty television special from 1982.

And finally, here is the fabulous Cher singing the Star Spangled Banner at the 1999 Super Bowl.
