First of all who does not know who Rodger is?
I lead my staff to critically think. Instead of saying no you can’t get in-a negative-couple it with a positive-let me get my supervisor to help you.
That should never have happened. Yes, rules are rules BUT it is about thinking outside the box and finding a way to assist.
I heard about that and thought it could have been handled differently.
