Molly Ringwald’s character will have a lesbian fling on ABC Family’s “The Secret Life of the American Family”

I’m so glad that Molly Ringwald has found success on television with The Secret Life of the American Teenager which just began its fourth season on ABC Family.

And what’s really cool is the direction her character of Anne Juergens is taking this season: According to TVLine.com, she’s going to have a lesbian fling!

This is something we never saw in Molly’s films back in the day including The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink and Betsy’s Wedding.
