Jack McFarland [Sean Hayes] may seem like the gayest man in the history of television but his sexuality was something he had never talked to his mother about.

It is very touching when he finally tells his mother the truth but the lead up is also hilarious as Karen and Grace each make up outlandish tales of how Jack had romanced each of them.

What’s sweet here is how supportive Will, Grace and even Karen are of Jack, literally standing behind him when he delivers the news.

A gay person really needs his friends at a time like that!
