Wednesday Morning Man: John Boyd!
Sorry for the late start today everyone! Lots of posts to come throughout the day so do stay tuned.
Let’s kick things off with our Morning Man: John Boyd!
I spotted him a few days ago at the Television Critics Association press tour event where he was on a panel with the cast of 24. I was too busy chatting with Cherry Jones to get in a word with this handsome actor but wanted to learn more about the guy who has been cast as Arlo Glass in the long-running hit.
John is 28 years old and the son of well-known character actor Guy Boyd.
In addition to 24, he has completed a role in the upcoming romantic comedy Jelly and last year starred in the film Mercy. He also starred in the film Building Girl and had a role as a “One-Eyebrow Smoker” in the 2006 movie Lady in the Water.
It looks like he’s got a very bright future!

Was going to make a comment about how much I liked John Boyd as the sleazy ‘English’ director in the film, “The Notorious Bettie Page.’ (A film which also starred Cherry Jones’ girlfriend, Sarah Paulson). Then I saw your January 14th ‘Morning Man,’ and your other ‘Morning Men,’ and realized your blog was all about men and their amazing abs.
