   I had the great pleasure of meeting Raquel. She was warm and funny throughout our many encounters. When I learned that I would be meeting her, I wasn’t nervous but when she opened her mouth to speak and I hard that voice, I was starstruck. That quickly disappeared and I grew to be quite fond of her. She had a wicked sense of humour.
