WATCH: Cher performs “Fernando” at CinemaCon
When I was an entertainment reporter for the Los Angeles Daily News, I attended CinemaCon in las vegas every year and I have to say it was one of my very favorite events.
It always had the biggest stars and this year one of the biggest showed up: Cher.
The Oscar winner was there to promote Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again, and surprised the crowd with a live performance of Fernando which she also sings in the movie. The sequel to the hit 2008 film opens nationwide on July 20.
Great news that Cher is in a new movie – her first since 2010′s Burlesque.

So glad to see that the divine Cher has gotten ever better with age…rather than a campy over the top performance, we now have one that is on the level of a seasoned chanteuse…keep it up !
