Tuesday Morning Man: Rupert Evans!
This week, I’m trying to feature only actors who have a role in an Outfest movie that I’ve seen. On Sunday, I watched Rupert Evans in Sidney Turtlebaum and became an instant fan of this handsome guy.
What a dish!
He’s well-known in the U.K. for his television career (The Palace, North & South, Rockface, Paradise Heights) but has also appeared in several feature films including Hellboy and Agora.
The 32-year-old actor is the real deal, frequently performing on the stage. He played Romeo and The Dauphin in King John at The Royal Shakespeare Company; and in the London, at The Donmar Warehouse Theatre, he played ‘Valentin’ in Kiss Of The Spider Woman. Other theater credits include Breathing Corpses at The Royal Court Theatre and Sweet Panic again in London’s West End.
