Tuesday Morning Man: Michael Muhney!
I decided to watch The Young and the Restless on Monday to see what happened with Adam and Rafe. Well, nit much. Adam made the moves on Rafe on Friday as a way to distract the gay lawyer from finding incriminating evidence against him. Rafe calls on Monday to let Adam knows he reciprocates his “feelings.’
We have to guess what happened between the two men. Adam was caressing Rafe’s face and touched his lip and played with his tie but we never even saw a kiss. But something must have happened since Adam was so eager to hop in the sack with a woman on Monday’s show.
Okay, so we’ll see what happens next. What’s notable is that Friday marked the debut of Michael Muhney as Adam, a role vacated by Chris Engen who apparently wasn’t at all cool with the direction the character was taking. I never saw Chris in the role but now that I’ve seen Michael in it, I am smitten.
He’s not only a good actor, he is smoking hot!
Michael, who turned 33 earlier this month, had previously been best known for his role as Sheriff Don Lamb on Veronica Mars and was also a regular on the short-lived prime-time series Turks and The Huntress.

I always look forward to your “morning man” – never disappointing and a great mix. I saw yesterday’s Y&R and was disappointed that “the kiss” that prompted Chris E. to abandon his role was not shown. We know that Adam is devious and is using Rafe in order to divert him from his investigation. But, after seeing Michael M. and seeing how professional he is and courageous to step into a difficult role that another actor created, I was going to ask you to feature him as “morning man.” But gosh darn it, you read my mind. Thanks alot and I hope that you feature him more often.
