Tuesday Morning Man: David Faber!

Morning men this week are all over the place – yesterday a Scottish rugby player and today a CNBC anchor and reporter!

This is the CNBC dude and his name is David Faber.

David is 48 and an Emmy, Peabody, duPont, and Loeb award winner as well as a New York Times best-selling author. He is co-anchor of CNBC’s Squack on the Street and an anchor and co-producer of CNBC’s original documentaries and long-form programming.

In his 18 years at CNBC, David has broken stories about massive fraud at WorldCom, the bailout of the hedge fund Long Term Capital Management, and Rupert Murdoch’s unsolicited bid for Dow Jones.

His book, The Faber Report, was published by Little, Brown in Spring 2002. His second book, And Then the Roof Caved In, was published in the summer of 2009 and the third, House of Cards: The Origins of the Collapse came out in 2010.
