Today’s Morning Man: Mark Valley!
Any show Mark Valley is on I’m happy to watch because he’s as talented as he is handsome.
And boy, has he been on a lot of shows – mostly good ones too.
Of course there were his five seasons on ABC’s Boston Legal but I’ve really enjoyed him on various other shows that only lasted a year or two.
They include Keen Eddie which is how I discovered him as well as Harry’s Law, Body of Proof, Fringe, Human Target, Pasadena and Crisis.
More recently, he had recurring roles on Blood & Treasure, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce and The Millionaires.
Mark, who turns 60 today, also played the role of Jack Deveraux on the NBC soap Days of Our Lives in the mid-90s.
He graduated from the US Military Academy in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and engineering. He then served in Berlin where he played rugby for the US military team and The Berlin Yanks Rugby Football Club.
Mark served in the military during the Gulf War and was still serving when he got his first acting role in the 1993 film The Innocent.
He worked non-stop until 2019 but I don’t see any TV or movie credits since 2019.

He would make a great Captain America. Amirite?
