Thursday Morning Man: Scott Porter!

http://poptimal.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/fridaynightlightsnup_132850_0078.jpgThis 30-year-old actor may be missed by fans of Friday Night Lights now that he has left the series after four seasons but he has resurfaced in the new series Caprica.

He also has roles in the feature film Dear John which dislodged Avatar from the number one spot at the box office a few weeks back and in last year’s horror remake Prom Night.

Scott played the character of Matthew in the original off-Broadway cast of the musical Altar Boyz and got his first big break in television when he landed the role of Casey Hughes on the CBS soap As the World Turns.

    scott’s amazing- I saw him in ALTAR BOYZ in NYC many times and he was “always the bomb. I wish Hollywood would let him sing and dance. You go scott!
