Thursday Morning Man: Lance Bass!

Since National Coming Out Day is on Sunday, I’ll be featuring out Morning Men in the days leading up to it.
So here’s Lance Bass!
Lance came out publicly on the cover of People Magazine a little over three years ago and said: “The thing is, I’m not ashamed – that’s the one thing I want to say. I don’t think it’s wrong, I’m not devastated going through this. I’m more liberated and happy than I’ve been my whole life. I’m just happy.”
The former member of N SYNC is far more interesting and confident as an out man than he was in the closet – even when he was trying to get to space through the Russian Space Program. He was a third-place finisher on Dancing With the Stars last year, released his autobiography Out of Sync, and appeared on Broadway in Hairspray.
Now only 30, it will be interesting to see what’s next for Lance!

JJ Adams says:
I have to say the thing that annoyed me about his People Magazine interview was stating he hangs out with straight acting gays and didn’t want to become a pitch man for various GLBT topics.
I walked away thinking – who does Lance think he’s fooling.
