Thursday Morning Man: Juan Garcia Postigo!

Spanish men pretty much make me swoon and Juan Garcia Postigo is no exception.

So who exactly is this dazzling actor-model you ask? Well for starters, he was the 2007 Mr. World. Not the bodybuilder-type Mr. World or Mr. Universe or whatever, but a kind of male version of Miss Universe.

The year Juan won, the competition was held in the city of Sanya on southern China’s Hainan island and was what organizers call the search for the world’s “most desirable” man. Men from 56 nations competed in the 21-day event that included tests of style, strength, perseverance, mental agility and determination. Competitors strutted their stuff on the catwalk, climbed mountains, raced bikes and held a cook-off.

A cook-off?

Juan, who turned 29 this month, is from Malaga, Spain and his hobbies include fishing, football, water skiing and cooking.  He speaks Spanish, Italian and English.
