Thursday Morning Man: Allan Hyde!
I suppose I should have recognized Allan Hyde from HBO’s True Blood when I saw him in the 38-minute Danish short film Awakening at Outfest over the weekend.
But I haven’t seen much of True Blood so this was the first time I’d laid eyes on this beautiful 20-year-old actor who played a teenager who ends up falling in love with his girlfriend’s father during a weekend at the family’s summer house. At one point, he breaks into tears and falls into the father’s arms and it was just heartbreaking.
I look forward to seeing more work from this talented young actor.

Another little short that he was in “Sidste Kys” is brilliant. He really is very talented for someone so young. He sings, too, which is wonderful. I would have loved to see “Awakening” I wonder if it will ever be available to watch on the web.

I can not wait to see more from Allan. I think he is absoultely gorgous and a great actor with a lot of presense on screen.
I was sad his character has been killed off already in the show. I think his character was amazing. It was a wonderfully beautifully heartbreaking scene when he burst into flames but i wish they took a few episodes before it happened…. i wanted to see more…..

I’m praying to the HBO gods that they will bring Godric back to True Blood in flashback scenes of his thousand years of friendship with Eric Northman. I could easily watch a thousand years of the Allan Hyde and Alexander Skarsgard!

I say we organize some sort of a thing to kind of reveal him. he’s not out there so not many directors know his existence in the acting career . I really want him to be in more movies so if u have any suggestions just type it down and if it was something i could do i’ll take care of it.

Allan is an amazing actor, singer, and is even amazing at directing. Do you know where I could see more of his movies?
I’ve already seen Awakening (Great film! Very touching), and Last Kiss, but I can’t seem to find any more.
He’s become one of my favorite entertainers. He’s got great talent, and I hope he will be in more things.
Plus, he doesn’t hurt that he’s delicious. =]
