Snapped! Anderson Cooper and boyfriend Benjamin Maisani at Elton John AIDS Foundation event!

We all know CNN anchor Anderson Cooper is a Silver fox.

What some may not know is what a fox his longtime boyfriend Benjamin Maisani is.

The couple are rarely seen together at public events but Monday night they actually walked the red carpet together – actually holding hands – at Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 14th Annual An Enduring Vision Benefit in New York City.

Once inside, Anderson and his BFF hung out a bit and they took a selfie with recently out Olympic freeskier Gus Kenworthy whose name I can now spell without looking up!
