See Sean Hayes and James Corden sing and dance a duet of Justin Bieber song on a giant piano!
As we all know, there’s an iconic scene in the movie where Tom Hanks and the late Robert Loggia play a duet with their feet on a giant piano at the FAO Schwartz toy store.
Sean Hayes dropped by The Late, Late Show with James Corden this week to recreate a bit of that movie magic.
‘I’m very excited because I have a brand new toy here in the studio – it’s a giant piano,’ Corden told his studio audience on Thursday. Now the only thing is I can’t really, I can’t play the piano very well.’
So Corden brought out Hayes who glided across the keys playing Heart and Soul. Then Corden, not quite as light on his feet with the keys at least initially, soon joined him.
After their first song, a seemingly winded Hayes jokingly began to lay down across the keyboard and Corden observed: ‘It does take it out of you, doesn’t it?’
But they went back for more and this time had a reason for being out of breath; they played – and sang - Justin Bieber’s Sorry.
They rally, manage to catch their breath, and finish the song strong.
