Roger Federer barely escapes Wimbledon upset
Oh my nerves!
A day after Rafael Nadal was upset at Wimbledon, his longtime rival Roger Federer nearly followed him out of the tournament.
Between them, Federer and Nadal have won nine out of the last 10 Wimbledons.
Federer lost the first two sets of his third-round match against Julien Benneteau and came within two points of being eliminated.
“I’m very fortunate,” Federer said after the match.
