Neil Patrick Harris on “Glee” tonight!

I know I am!

Neil Patrick Harris guest stars on tonight’s episode of Glee. He will play Bryan Ryan, a high school glee club nemesis of Will’s (Matthew Morrison) who resurfaces as a board member at William McKinley High School.

Flashback scenes will show Bryan (in a very unfortunate mullet)  picking up girls and getting all the cool solos while Will sits off in the sidelines.

The stage for a present-day rematch is set when Harris’ character announces his intent to cut the arts programs at the school.

Show choir ruined his life, made him feel he could be a star, but all he could do is book Carnival cruises. Now he wants vengeance.

4 Remarks

  1. Now, this is a nice positive mention. I don’t see any reference to Neil’s sexuality, but for some reason, the same courtesy could not be extended by you to Clay Aiken.

Both men are very talented, decent people, and no one needs to hear about anything about the very private parts of their lives.

Don’t think I outed Neil, as he came out rather publicly after Clay. He was never hounded by the press either, even though his announcement was no shock to me and others.

  2. First of all: ROTFL, Bryan Ryan just blows my brain as a character name. I should probably sit down and watch me some ‘Glee’ which seems like a great show (and lots of my friends say it is) even though I never had time for it before. But I’d watch about anything with NPH in it! He’s so talented that I believe he could nail any part but since the first time I laid my eyes on Dr. Horrible, I just can’t help loving him when at his ‘evil-nemesis’ shtick. Thanks for the heads up!

    Charlotte says:

Neil was chased by bloggers for a year about his relationship with David -at times it was a witch hunt – especially from perezhilton, Gawker, forumboards etc. As again was one of the reason why Neil decided to “come out” publicly- He was open at work, cbs, in the theater environment, frends and family. The only thing he had not done was that everyone in the public eye didn`t now all about his private life.he would not respond to private matters of any kind. But he did live his life openly.
The funny thing is that still everyday on twitter etc alot of people say : Is he gay…..???? And they can`t belive that. – that must be a bit annoying – I think he has discussed it in all sorts of different media, and he have talk alot about David and the life their share.

  4. Call me Stevie Nicks, but I can’t wait for this episode. NPH is a national treasure.
