The Wrap reports that NPH has signed to host a pilot of the CBS’s version of the British game show The Cube. He would also be an executive producer.

will fly to London later this year to tape a pilot for an American adaptation of The Cube. CBS will then decide whether to move forward with a series order. After seeing the pilot, the network would then decide whether to order it as a series.

The Cube is a deceptively simple format in which folks try to win big bucks by completing simple tasks inside a chamber designed to induce stress.
