Neil Patrick Harris answers 73 questions and answers one with complete rap song from ‘Hamilton’
Only Neil Patrick Harris could turn a 73 question interview with Vogue into an absolute tour de force.
The Tony winner agreed to answer 73 questions – on camera – thrown at him by a Vogue interviewer.
He answers all kinds of queries as he works his way around the Brownstone he lives in with husband David Burtka and their twins Gideon and Harper.
We learn that NPH thinks his first TV alter ego, Doogie Howzer MD, is in rehab, that his fashion icon is Tom Ford. and that he really thinks it’s funny when people slip and fall on ice.
He also describes friend Elton John as ‘super talented, super generous and super filthy.’
Other tidbits: Neil’s never taken a dance class, his biggest fear in life is public humiliation and he finds White Castle burgers ‘digestively challenging.’
But perhaps most impressively, we learn that not only does Neil know all the words to the song My Shot from the Broadway phenomenon Hamilton, he can perform the number on the spot – and does.
His performance comes at the 6:41 mark of the video.
Burtka joins the fun for five questions that the longtime couple answer together then Harris shares what advice he would give to his 13 year old self: ‘Dance more than you think you should … and don’t forget to breathe.’
