Morning Tune: Cher goes “Walking in Memphis”

Cher loves doing this song in concert and I love hearing it. It’s her remake of Mark Cohn’s Walking In Memphis from her 1996 album It’s A Man’s World – a modest hit that preceded the smash Believe by a few years. During her endless farewell tour (which I was glad never ended!), Cher would show this video as she sang and talk about how much fun it was to dress up as Elvis Presley. It’s a gem.
