Monday Morning Man: Keegan Allen!
Keegan Allen is not only talented and good looking but he also got to make out (and more) with James Franco in the 2016 film King Cobra which I saw at Outfest that year
Keegan, who plays a porn actor named Harlow in the film, turns 30 years old today.
He got his big break portraying the mysterious “Black Cat” character Toby Cavanaugh on the TV series Pretty Little Liars. He was in in 90 episodes of the series.
