Wednesday Morning Man: James Wolk!

On the new fall series Lone Star, James Wolk plays a con man leading a double life.
Off screen, I think this handsome young actor should prepare himself for the life of a big star!
James appeared with the cast of the show – which also includes Jon Voight as his father-in-law – last week at the TV Critics Assn. Summer Press Tour and the buzz around the show is strong. He plays Robert/Bob Allen a con man working in the oil industry in Texas. He lives separate lives in two different Texas towns and is run practically ragged trying to balance running cons with his father (David Keith), two women (Eloise Mumford and Adrianne Palicki), a suspicious brother-in-law (Mark Deklin) and an imposing father-in-law who owns a big energy company (Voight).
The show will follow House on FOX and premieres next month.
The 25-year-old actor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan drama school. He won the prestigious role of ‘Brad Cohen’ in CBS/ Hallmark Hall of Fame’s Front of the Class portraying a young man challenged with Tourette Syndrome from a young age but defied all odds to become a gifted teacher.
James will also be appearing later this year in the upcoming Disney feature film You Again with Kristen Bell, Jamie Lee Curtis, Odette Yustman, Sigourney Weaver, and Kristin Chenoweth.
